Extra-ptc another legit ptc site!

Sorry, for the late updates on the Ptc sites. Most of the sites that I've tested were a lemon :)
I wont' post the names of these sites. I will still give them the benefit of the doubt that their
site is legit and pays their members. I'll just post the sites that really pays their members even
without an investment or upgrading their membership status.
