Sad to say that some of the PTC sites that I have recommended turn out to be a dud :( But here's some that's been tried and tested and still paying :

3. CashNHits

    - Get paid for your Facebook "likes", for viewing Youtube Videos, viewing websites or advertisements,     etc.
    - Withdrawal for standard members is $2.50
    - What I like about this site is its autosurf of youtube ads.

4. Donkeymails

    - Get paid by reading emails, viewing websites, etc.
    - minimum payout request starts at $0.01 for liberty reserve
